Terms of service
Last updated: 16 October 2026
These terms govern participation in the Varsha Pay settlement partner program ("the program"). By opening a partner seat you confirm that you have read and accept them.
1. The program
Varsha Pay assigns payment lines from screened merchants to bank accounts registered by partners. A partner confirms incoming merchant collections and sends outgoing payouts assigned through the partner panel. For each confirmed line the partner earns the commission stated on the site at the time the line is confirmed.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, resident in India and the lawful holder of every account you register. Accounts must be active current or savings accounts in your own name with net banking enabled. Accounts of other people may only be registered by those people themselves.
3. Your obligations
You agree to confirm or decline every incoming line within the time shown in the panel, to send assigned payouts accurately and on time, to keep your login details private and to tell your manager at once about any bank query, freeze or suspicious request. You must not use your accounts for any payment that was not assigned through the panel while they are registered in the program.
4. Commission and payouts
Commission is calculated per confirmed line and paid in USDT to the wallet you nominate, normally on the next working day. Varsha Pay may withhold commission on a line that is disputed until the dispute is resolved. Partners are responsible for declaring commission as income and paying their own taxes.
5. Limits
Daily limits for each account are set by the partner desk and may be raised or lowered based on reconciliation history, bank feedback and merchant volume. There is no minimum target and no penalty for working fewer days.
6. Ending participation
You may close your seat at any time by writing to your manager. Varsha Pay may pause or end a seat if these terms are breached, if a bank requests it or if a line cannot be reconciled. Commission already earned on reconciled lines is paid out on closure.
7. Liability
Varsha Pay is not liable for delays caused by banks, payment networks or wallet providers. Nothing on the site is a promise of a particular income. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
