Privacy policy
Last updated: 16 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data Varsha Pay collects from partners and visitors, why we collect it and how we protect it.
What we collect
- From visitors: pages viewed, language chosen and answers given in the income quiz. Quiz answers are stored in your browser and are sent to us only if you choose to send your range to the manager.
- From partners: name, Telegram handle, city, the bank name, account holder name and last four digits of each registered account, the USDT wallet address for payouts and the history of confirmed lines.
- We never collect net banking logins, passwords, OTPs or full card numbers. If you send them by mistake, we delete the message and ask you to change them.
Why we use it
We use partner data to assign and reconcile payment lines, set daily limits, pay commission, answer questions and meet legal obligations such as record keeping and responding to lawful requests from banks or authorities. We use visitor data only to show the site in your language and to understand which pages are useful.
Sharing
Account details are shared with the merchant's payment processor only to the extent needed to route a line to your account. We do not sell personal data and do not share it for advertising. If a measurement pixel is enabled on the site, it receives only page and button events, not your account details.
Storage and security
Partner records are kept for as long as your seat is open and for the period required by law after it closes. Access is limited to the partner desk staff who need it, and every access is logged.
Your choices
You may ask for a copy of your data, its correction or its deletion, and you may close your seat at any time. Write to your manager in Telegram with the word "request" in the first line. Varsha Pay replies to every request within seven working days.
