Risk disclosure
Last updated: 16 October 2026
Taking part in the Varsha Pay settlement partner program carries real risks. Please read this notice before you open a seat and discuss any doubt with your manager.
Bank reviews and freezes
Banks monitor accounts that receive and send many transfers. A bank may ask about the source of funds, limit transfers or temporarily freeze an account. Varsha Pay routes only screened merchant payments and pauses flow at the first sign of a query, but it cannot prevent a bank from acting. A frozen account can take weeks to release.
Disputes and reversals
A customer or merchant may dispute a payment after it reaches your account. Commission on a disputed line is held until the dispute is resolved, and a reversed collection must not be paid out. Confirming lines promptly and sending only assigned payouts keeps this risk low.
Crypto payouts
Commission is paid in USDT. The rupee value of USDT changes, wallets can be lost if you lose access to them, and exchanges that convert USDT to rupees have their own rules and fees. Keep your wallet recovery phrase private and offline.
Tax and legal status
Commission is income. You are responsible for declaring it and paying tax according to the rules that apply to you. Laws on digital assets and payment intermediation may change; if they do, the program terms will change with them.
Income is not guaranteed
The figures on this site, including the calculator, the quiz range and partner reviews, are models and examples. Your own income depends on your accounts, their limits, the merchant volume available and the hours you work. Do not borrow money, quit a job or make large commitments based on expected commission.
If something goes wrong
Tell your manager at once about any bank message, freeze, unexpected transfer or request for your passwords. Varsha Pay will help with the bank's questions and pause your seat if needed.
